Alternative Energy Systems
The goals of Johnny GreenSeed from the beginning was to find ways that America could easily become green and do so without compromise to cost, quality or convenience in the U.S. marketplace. We are certain after the foundation is in place, we can prove the greatest potential an individual American and private businesses can have in controlling their own future energy needs, and then the acceleration of the green movement will truly begin.
Initial Projects
Our first two projects are being developed and offered to Bishop Levada of San Francisco and Bishop Shulte's of New Orleans choice of 1 school or church property in each of their communities. These two properties are being used to showcase the most economical options for investing in energy efficiency and using hybrid alternative energy systems to take a church, school, and non–profit property completely off the utility grid. We will also be working with the development and conversion of an entire non–profits group of properties in the Monterey, Santa Cruz California communities. Our initial projects are being developed to promote the financial savings and environmental benefits of cost effective natural energy systems and energy efficiency solutions.
How We Do It
Johnny GreenSeed will be using green insulation, window treatments and energy efficient lighting in reducing the facility to its greatest efficiency with a strong emphasis on retaining clean, free flowing air quality. We'll install a highly efficient earth friendly geothermal system for heating and cooling.
Our goal is to create as efficient a property as possible so that the more costly solar and wind application costs are minimized. Then we can install the appropriate solar, and wind system. Johnny GreenSeed will determine the best strategies for installing a variety of combinations so as to take advantage of the most cost effective hybrid alternative energy systems. The projects will be shot in digital video for educational and training purposes.
The Savings
We are creating the best strategy for the greateast financial return this type of investment may offer. We believe we can achieve a full return for the cost of the individual American consumer in becoming fully independent of the utility grid in about 3–5 years. The life expectancy of these systems should exceed warranties of 20+ years.
The cost to the consumer over the time period they are paying off their systems is equivalent to the cost they are paying for their average utilities. You can imagine the amount of money saved each month after the payoff. It will also protect the consumer from the certain high cost of future energy as proven in the recent California crisis. The cost of alternative energy systems will not rise with the volatile energy markets and will provide one of the best investment values that exist.
