- A Johnny GreenSeed representative will contact you as soon as we receive your order. (All checks must clear the bank before an order is processed.)
- The order is confirmed then processed.
- The product is shipped.
- A customer service representative will confirm the order has been received.
- A JGS representative will follow up on the order for customer satisfaction one week after delivery and at intervals throughout the year to make certain the product standards are met. (We are building a reputation of the green marketplace and the level of quality and customer service are our main focus.)
For each of our programs the top sellers should receive a $25.00 gift certificate per 500 units sold through the school. The gift certificate may be used to purchase any of Johnny GreenSeed's products on our retail site.
