Step Four · Checking the Results

• When the mission is accomplished, get the group together and tally all the orders.
• Check and double–check the orders.
• (It is highly recommended that the person in charge request that each individual pay with a single check rather than several checks. This is a great option and allows the individual fundraiser to accept the payments unless the person in charge would prefer to handle that part of the project. Just remember, have a very focused plan and stick with it.)
• Double check and triple check the order one last time. It is very very important.
• Send the exact order to Johnny GreenSeed along with the money collected.
