Johnny GreenSeed is a educational and promotional concept of building green infrastructures or foundations. The concept is designed to become self financing and to accelerate the green movement in America and the rest of the world through innovative marketing, education, retail and wholesale business ventures.

The purpose of the basic products we choose is to show the American consumer he can get a much better value in green goods. The energy efficient lighting greatly reduces our energy needs and saves money. The organic clothing promotes healthy farming, greatly reduces the energy needed to produce the fabrics and creates cool jobs. Our Organic Fair Trade Coffee is the same.

Our Goals

Johnny GreenSeed's first goal is to show the possibilities of nationwide action that eliminates the amount of electricity used by one Nuclear Power Plant. The model used is a southern reactor that produces the equivalent of approximately 1 billion watts of electricity. It is through this action we can prove our collective ability to accelerate America's independence from all polluting fuel sources and remain environmentally responsible.

Our Business Model

Our business model is specifically designed to distribute the most profound green products available for accelerating the green movement in America. We are first an environmental group and secondly, an example of how business and environmental groups may merge into a positive force for the environment as opposed to working against each other.

We are designed as a for profit operation with a slight twist. Instead of paying investors/stockholders dividends, we put that back into green concepts and ideas. This structure returns over 50% of our profits directly back into educating and financing schools, churches and non–profits in going green. That is our dividend payment and it is as green as it gets. The remaining profits are designated for creating physical green retail and wholesale businesses.

Co–Ops

The businesses are based on co–op models for retail and as many individual green entrepreneur partners as we can profitably create for wholesale. The co–op models include retail groceries, a variety of retail clothing, building supplies concepts and restaurants.

Our Co–Ops are structured where the profits are divided between the people that work in a specific store with the remaining profits donated specifically to local non–profits. Our retail model designs are based on 100% hybrid alternative energy systems, green building materials and creatively replicating natural environments. The retail models are also very community oriented and will be as creative and educational as possible. These units will be designed with full authority of co–op owners to be as creative as is possible in profitable green retailing.

We are first and foremost about the environment. The business structure has been designed with the greatest opportunities for hyper accelerating the critically important move to becoming a greener society today.
